In the second part of the work of Lacan, starting from the borromean knot, the Symbolic, lost its primacy, goes to have the same hierarchy that the Real and the Imaginary.

What continues is an intent of formalisation, among others possibles, from certain interventions in the clinic from the three registers of the being, that has taken me to ask myself, because of its effects, for the characteristics of the textures in which operated, from my place of analyst.

The horizon of questions that I’m interested to answer, and I will deploy next, includes an articulation between identification’s times and a supposition that I propose of three registers for the being's register.

* What thing do we call "the structure"?

* Is it constituted definitively in the times of the Freudian originally repression or of the third lacanian identification?

* Has it possibilities of being shocked after the second to wake up sexual?

* If we say that in each opportunity the structure is presented otherwise, having unknotting instants, this includes the liquidation of the Freudian tripartition neurosis, psychosis, perversion?

* And still, liquidates the knotting instant the conception, supposedly "psychogenetic", of the subjective constitution?

* Would somebody be today neurotic, tomorrow psychotic and the day after tomorrow perverse?

* Do we need an accomplishment time of this new theorisation ideology, as Bachelard would say, to discard the previous one? Or to discard it would be a metaphysic of the psychoanalysis without connection with the psychoanalytical practice?

* Could be this time an intermediate one of passage?

What we call the "structures" in each instant, it can be presented crossed three times for each register or not. The proposed is that some of the holes that are not present could be carried out in the cure and other no.

In the Séminaire 24, L'Insu que Sait d’une Bévue...,(77) Jacques Lacan locates the three times of the identification, the logical times of inscription from the fault (manque) that in their three registers R.S.I. knots for the first time the structure. The Symbolic identification to the Great Other, (Autre Real), or Name of the Father in the Symbolic, is the time when if the Autre could be substituted in its wish, favoured a second time of the Einziger Zug (trait unaire) and a distinctive mark would be inscripted in the subject of the wish of the Autre: so, the effect is Imaginary.

And, in the third identification, to the Imaginary of the Autre Real or Name of the Father in the Imaginary, take place the destinies of the first knotting of the structure. If the second turn in the Symbolic is rejected, although if the print has been inscribed, so the presentation would be of the hysterical madness.

If we located to the remaining clinical consequences in the accidents in the third identification to the Imaginary of the Other Real. The changes comes, we arrives to the proposal of locating those differences as it is the existence, the hole or the consistency of each register.

As it is the accident in the Real of the Imaginary, in the Symbolic of the Imaginary or in the Imaginary of the Imaginary would be that operating in that texture, an the effect would have been gotten that is Real. Then Lacan writes those possibilities with the symbolic in the characteristic of each register, that why he says, in "The hole or in the real of the hole".

If we exercise the proposal of articulating the Real as existence, the Symbolic as hole and the Imaginary as consistency, that is to say those properties of each register, but the three for each one of them, we triplicate the number of the operations that the structure claims as the interventions on the part of the analyst in an cure’s direction: the cutting, the link, the joint or the sutures and the rotation in the good sense.

These combinatorias that Lacan leaves outlined for to investigate, we could propose as naming them, since Lacan doesn't name them for the cure, beginning from the hypothesis that is necessary to locate the texture for to be able to operate on him.

I would describe them as if they were unfastened and piled up. It would be the function of the fourth knot or (sinthome) symptom to produce the true hole where there is the fault (manque).
